It’s My Turn is a dynamic career transition program that empowers veteran military spouses whether unemployed, underemployed, or shifting careers—to seize control of their professional futures and unlock new opportunities!
Cohort 1 is launching Wednesday, February 12th
“When my husband retired, I turned to him and said, “It’s My Turn” – the same three words I’ve heard from thousands of military spouses I’ve worked with. He took his uniform off and I put my promotion pantsuit on. Within 6 months, I was promoted into my dream job.”

How it works
What you’ll learn
We’ll start with an in-depth self discovery of individual values, interests and strengths. Then our new, innovative AI tool, Career Canvas will suggest career paths based on individual aspirations and assess skills gaps. During Grow, we’ll focus on developing those identified skills. We’ll upskill and reskill, using existing programs by The Adecco Group, LinkedIn Learning, O2O, and more! During the Brand stage, we’ll craft compelling stories to highlight transferable skills. We’ll refine interview techniques in the Prep stage and in the Land phase, where we learn to utilize our network, and connect participants to employers. Additionally, we’ll offer a bonus financial planning workshop.
